Requirements for the Position:
Have at least 6 months of Home Instead employment in good standing.
Be open to occasional on-call responsibilities
Be willing to support fill-in shifts within a 20-mile radius, as needed.
Responsibilities of the Position:
In this role, you'll take on a leadership presence in the field by:
Starting care with new clients
Facilitating introductions between Care Pros and clients
Providing on-the-job training and support
Assisting with shift coverage, on-call needs, and occasional office tasks.
- There will be 90-day probation period before gaining access to certain benefits.
