A Day in Your Shoes:
- Help with dressing, grooming, and bathing
- Cook a favorite meal and remind them to take their medication
- Take a walk to get the mail, or ride along to a doctor's appointment
- Tidy up and keep their home safe and comfortable
- Most importantly — talk, laugh, and just be present
