We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Live In Home Health Aides to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Home Health Aide is to provide personalized care and support to individuals in their homes who require assistance with daily living activities. Our clients live in Somerset county (Somerset, Hillsborough/Skillman, Bridgewater, Basking Ridge, Warren and surrounding towns)

Live In Home Health Aid Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Help clients with mobility including transfers, wheelchair, walker, cane, etc

• Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and assist clients during mealtimes if needed.

• Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning common areas used by the client.

• Drive client to doctors appointments and errands if needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support through engaging conversations or recreational activities.

• Monitor client’s health status closely and report any changes or concerns to our office

Home Health Aid Qualifications:

• You must have an active NJ Home Health Aide license

• Valid Driver's license with reliable transportation and willingness to drive clients to errands if needed
