Position Overview : The Lead Care Pro position will perform all duties under the Care Pro job description along with additional duties to support key player job functions which could include the following : Care Pro engagement activities, Care Pro training, Care Pro & client inquiries, and client care support..
Primary Responsibilities :
- Cover Open Shifts and call offs, where needed during the scheduled working time.
- Care Pro engagement and training activities which may include mentoring new care pros, help with training skills and provide feedback and support.
- Introduce caregivers to clients and ensure proper training and support.
- Communicate with office and client care team on any changes in client condition or feedback on care pros.
