- At least 18 years of age.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in a facility or in-home care setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Hoyer lifts, bed baths, and bed-bound care.
- Comfortable assisting with personal care needs, including bathing, toileting, and incontinence support.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to pass both a criminal background check and the Oregon ORCHARDS background check.
Salary : $17 - $21
