Are you dependable, compassionate, and flexible? We’re hiring on-call Caregivers to support older adults in Jackson, MI with care during overnight, evening, and daytime shifts.
This role is ideal for someone who wants flexible, part-time hours and is ready to step in when help is needed most. You'll provide essential non-medical care and companionship that helps seniors stay safe and independent at home.
What You’ll Do:

Be on-call to fill in for scheduled shifts (days, evenings, or overnights)

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with light housekeeping and meal prep

Support with personal care tasks as needed

Ensure safety and comfort during overnight hours
What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and responsive to last-minute shift needs

Able to work a variety of shifts including overnights

Must have a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance

Able to lift 25 lbs

At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
