Your Role

As a Home Instead Care Professional, you’ll provide essential care and companionship to clients with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. This includes:

• Offering personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)

• Providing memory support and redirection with patience and empathy

• Assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands

• Promoting safety, routine, and engagement in daily activities

• Building trusted relationships with clients and their families

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience (dementia experience required)

• Ability to lift 25 lbs

• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and current auto insurance

• A heart for service and a calm, reassuring presence
