Lead Care Pros help create stability for clients, families, and fellow Care Professionals by supporting Starts of Care, caregiver transitions, and high-quality client experiences — while continuing to provide hands-on care.

What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional non-medical care and companionship
- Support new client Starts of Care
- Help stabilize higher-need client situations
- Assist with caregiver transitions and shadow shifts
- Mentor and support fellow Care Professionals
- Communicate with Scheduling, HR, and Client Care teams
- Build strong relationships with clients and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of caregiving experience preferred
- Dementia/Alzheimer’s experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Dependable, professional, and solutions-focused
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
