Lead Caregiver - On Call 7AM-7PM Monday-Friday

Must be available 7AM-7PM Monday-Friday to step in for last minute fill ins and support clients when regular caregivers are unavailable. Guaranteed pay 30 hours/week at $16.00/hour regardless of if you are called to step in for a shift or not!

Job Responsibilities
Companionship and conversation
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Assistance with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
Transferring, toileting, and bed bound care for specialized clients
Medication reminders, memory care support, and Alzheimer's/Dementia care
Transportation to errands or appointments
You may be asked to perform up to 15 hours of administrative support at the Home Instead Office (ex: answering phones in a friendly and professional manner, scanning, filing paperwork, perform intros, start of cares, training support, support quality assurance by performing visits or follow up calls as directed by the care managers, conduct mentorship touch points, or client or caregiver follow up calls) if you are not scheduled to step in for caregiving shifts
Requirements
Availability to work a flexible schedule within the hours of 7AM-7PM Monday-Friday, including short-notice shifts
Willingness to travel our full territory, which includes: Cypress ,Waller, Hockley, Tomball, Katy, Jersey Village, Spring, Kingwood, Humble, and Atascocita
At least 2 years of caregiving experience preferred (family experience counts!)
Proven reliability, professionalism, and client service excellence
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to train, coach, and motivate other Care Pros
Treat clients with dignity and respect
Compliance with State of Texas regulations, DMV check, and drug screening
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to communicate effectively with clients
Reliable transportation with proof of registration, insurance, and driver's license
Ability to lift 25 lbs or more
