What You’ll Do:

As the Caregiver Skills Trainer, you'll be responsible for developing confident, compassionate, and capable Care Professionals before they begin caring for clients independently.

You'll provide hands-on instruction, competency validation, coaching, and continuing education while partnering with Human Resources, Client Care, and Scheduling to ensure every caregiver is prepared for success.

Supporting both our Oakmont and Greensburg offices, you'll help maintain consistent training standards and elevate the quality of care provided throughout our organization.

We're looking for someone who:

· Believes exceptional client care begins with exceptional caregiver preparation

Required Qualifications

· 2 years of direct caregiving or healthcare experience

· 3 years of experience training, coaching, or supervising caregivers or healthcare professionals

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

· Ability to routinely travel between our Oakmont and Greensburg offices

Preferred Qualifications

· Home Care experience

· CNA, LPN, RN, PTA, OTA, Medical Assistant, or similar healthcare background

· Experience caring for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias

· Experience using a Learning Management System (Activated Insights or similar)
