Live in Carer

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Live-In Care Professional to provide support to a friendly lady living with dementia in her own home as soon as possible.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about person-centred care and helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care support with dignity and respect.
• Assisting with daily living activities and household tasks.
• Preparing meals and supporting good nutrition and hydration.
• Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Encouraging participation in hobbies, interests, and social activities.
• Accompanying and assisting with appointments, shopping, and outings.
• Supporting a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained home environment.
• Promoting independence while providing reassurance and guidance as needed.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience supporting individuals living with dementia.
• A caring, patient, and compassionate nature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build a trusting and supportive relationship.
• Full UK manual driving licence and confidence driving a client in the community.
