We are looking for experienced compassionate in-home caregivers in Boone County to join our growing team!
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide support for a bed-bound client receiving hospice care in Hallsville. Responsibilities include providing bed baths, assistance with toileting, safe repositioning with verbal cues, and gentle, respectful care to ensure comfort and dignity.
Additional duties include light housekeeping, laundry (following specific care instructions), and helping with meals as needed.
This is a meaningful opportunity to provide comfort, compassion, and dignity in the client’s home environment.
In addition, we are seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one support for an older adult in a memory care setting. Responsibilities include companionship, calm reassurance, and assistance with daily routines to reduce anxiety and create a peaceful environment.

- Saturday and Sunday in Hallsville:
- 10AM - 4PM
- Saturday and Sunday at memory care facility:

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
- Provide support with personal care services, including bath assistance and grooming.
- Help clients with mobility and transportation needs.
- Keep accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
- Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
- Supportive and compassionate
