We are looking for compassionate in-home caregivers in Boone County to join our growing team!
We are looking for a dependable and compassionate Caregiver/Companion to support an independent older adult who values his routines and enjoys good conversation. He’s a retired professional who enjoys watching golf, sharing stories from his farming days, and maintaining his independence at home with a little extra help.
In addition, We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to support an older adult living with Parkinson’s. He and his wife are kind, appreciative individuals seeking consistent, quality care to make daily life a little easier.
Pay & Benefits
- Daily Pay! Earned wage access
- Competitive Pay! ($15.00 - $17.00)
- Schedule for 1st client:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 1PM - 5PM
- Schedule for 2nd client:
- Monday: 1PM - 5PM
- Tuesday and Wednesday: 9AM - 1PM

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
- Provide support with personal care services, including bath assistance and grooming.
- Help clients with mobility and transportation needs.
- Keep accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
- Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
- Supportive and compassionate
- High School Diploma or equivalent
