We are looking for a compassionate in-home caregiver in Boone County to join our growing team!
We’re seeking a kind, dependable caregiver to support a retired educator who needs gentle assistance around her home due to balance challenges. She enjoys friendly conversation, routine, and maintaining her independence in a safe environment.
Ideal for someone who loves helping others, values patience, and enjoys connecting with older adults who have rich life stories to share.

- Thursday and Friday: 4pm - 8pm

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
- Provide support with personal care services, including bath assistance and grooming.
- Help clients with mobility and transportation needs.
- Keep accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
- Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
- Supportive and compassionate
- High School Diploma or equivalent
