Client #1: Bed-Bound Hospice Care — Calm, Gentle, Skilled Care Needed
This client is fully bed-bound and requires a caregiver who is confident with:
Bed baths & full personal care
Bedpan use & in-bed toileting
Repositioning and turning
Clear communication & verbal cues to reduce anxiety during care
Light housekeeping, simple meals & laundry
This role is ideal for someone calm, patient, and skilled with those who become anxious or vocal during care.
Client #2: 100-Year-Old Hospice Client Needing Evening Support
This client needs evening help with:
Showers & bedtime routine
Toileting/bedpan use
Transfers using a Hoyer lift (facility staff assist with the lift; you support safely)
Warm companionship for a highly opinionated, lively, and sharp hospice client
Some evenings are already covered, but regular coverage is needed most days.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
- Provide support with personal care services, including bath assistance and grooming.
- Help clients with mobility and transportation needs.
- Keep accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
- Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
- Supportive and compassionate
