Serving Mecklenburg County, including cities Charlotte, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Mint Hill, Matthews, Pineville and surrounding areas.
Guaranteed 40 hours per week, weekend work required.

- Provide compassionate care and conversation to aging clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
- Alzheimer’s and Dementia care.
- Mentoring caregivers and providing introductions between clients and caregivers.
- Support the emotional and social needs of clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Transportation and errands.
- Work in homes with pets (dogs, cats, birds).
- One year experience in caregiving.
- Experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), CNA, PCA, at Assisted Living preferred.
- Ability to multitask, problem solve and communicate in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to teach and motivate others.
- Driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to pass drug screen and background.
