Home Health Aide/CNA's Wanted

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 depending on qualifications

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated HHA/CNA's to provide essential care and support to our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals requiring assistance with daily living activities. This role involves working closely with clients, including those with Alzheimer's and Dementia.

• Live on the Cape Cod

• Have a valid Driver's License

• Have a reliable vehicle with car insurance

• Be able to pass a background Check

Job responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, including toileting, bathing, grooming and dressing assistance.

• Assist clients with transfers and mobility, in a safe manner using proper lifting techniques. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Perform light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, laundry and meal preparations.

• Support clients with activities of daily living while promoting independence.

• Providing transportation, as needed, for errands or appointments.

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

• Companionship and Conversation is most important.

Experience

• Previous experience in caregiving or assisted living facilities is preferred but not required.

• Understanding of Alzheimer's and Dementia care principals is highly desirable.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and part of a team.

• Strong communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.
