Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
- Provide toileting and incontinence care
- Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
- Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
- Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
- Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
Essential Qualifications:
- Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills
- Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required
