Care Professional

Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Care Professionals that are interested in working with clients in the Springfield, IL Area.  Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

Pay: $18.75 – $30/hour
Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance

Caregiver Duties:

• Companionship & conversation

• Light housekeeping & meal prep

• Medication & appointment reminders

• Assistance with grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence

• Alzheimer’s care (skills training provided)

Care Professional Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 25 lbs.

• Pass criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
