Key Responsibilities
- Provide care and companionship to Spanish-speaking clients
- Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility and safe transfers
- Provide medication reminders and specialized care for clients with cognitive conditions
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and conversation in Spanish
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal communication required)
- Caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a home-care setting
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Valid CPR Certification
