- Client can only be transferred by Wheeled Walker and Gait Belt
- Personal Care (Bathing, Dressing, Hands-on Activities of Daily Living) Bed Bathe Only
- Companionship and conversation
- Safety - Must use a Gait Belt
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Laundry
- Medication reminders
- Client has 2 small dogs
