Position Type: Part-Time transitioning to Full-Time

Seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Licensed Home Inspector to join our growing team serving the Triad area of North Carolina. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality inspections and outstanding customer service to homebuyers, sellers, and real estate professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential home inspections in accordance with North Carolina standards
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely inspection reports
• Identify structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and safety concerns
• Communicate findings professionally with clients and agents
• Maintain inspection equipment and scheduling records
• Stay current on industry standards and continuing education requirements

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Home Inspector License required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Experience with inspection software preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours

Preferred Skills

• Background in construction, contracting, or real estate
• Knowledge of NC building practices and systems
• Radon, termite, or ancillary inspection certifications are a plus
