Key Responsibilities
- Meet with qualified leads in person or virtually to understand their needs and present solutions.
- Deliver professional, consultative sales presentations tailored to the client's project goals.
- Accurately measure, scope, and price projects based on client specifications.
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Follow up with clients to address questions, provide additional information, and secure commitments.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, proposals, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the installation and project management teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in closing sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or related industries.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to build trust quickly and maintain client relationships.
- Comfortable working in a commission-only structure with high earning potential.
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Schedule
- Full-Time - Monday through Friday
