We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care to a pediatric client in the Jefferson area.
Job Description
As a CNA, you will provide one-on-one, client-centered care and services, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and transfer assistance. You will work with a pediatric client in the Jefferson area, providing care and services as outlined in their individual care plan.

- Flexibility to work per diem, part-time, or full-time
Our model of care includes regional Nurse Managers who provide ongoing support, supervision, and education to members of the team.

Requirements
- Active CNA certification
- One year of clinical experience in home care preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Successful passing of background checks
