- shifts are variable lengths of time, looking to fill primarily day shift; we will work with you to build the schedule to meet your needs

- One year of clinical experience in home care preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Successful passing of background checks
