We’re a family-owned plumbing, heating, and air company serving Central Indiana, and we’re looking for an experienced Plumbing Install Technician who takes pride in doing it right from the first fitting to the final cleanup.

What Your Hero-Worthy Day Looks Like
Install and replace water heaters (tank and tankless), fixtures, faucets, toilets, and disposals
Complete repipes, water and drain line replacements, and sump pump installs
Install water treatment equipment like softeners and filtration systems
Follow manufacturer specs and local plumbing codes on every job
Protect the customer’s home with drop cloths and shoe covers, and leave it cleaner than you found it
Walk homeowners through their new system so they know exactly what they’ve got
Stand behind your work, including handling any warranty follow-ups on your installs
Keep in touch with dispatch, the office team, and the service techs who sold the job
You’re a Great Fit If You…
Have 2 years of residential plumbing install experience
Hold an Indiana plumbing license, or are working toward one
Can read job specs and complete installs independently
Know local plumbing codes
Are comfortable soldering, PEX, PVC, and gas line work
Take pride in clean, code-compliant work, even behind the walls where no one will see it

The Nuts & Bolts
Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, basements, attics, and on ladders
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record required
Background check and drug screening required
