Role Overview:
As an Overnight Caregiver at Home Helpers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive the highest quality of care and support. Your flexible availability will allow you to cater to the unique needs of our clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure during your time with them. We are looking for overnight shifts of 12 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and respectful personal care to clients during overnight hours.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Monitor client conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with family members and other caregivers to ensure consistent care.
Qualifications:

- Experience in caregiving or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English.
- Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care to clients.
- Reliability and punctuality in attending shifts as scheduled.
