What You’ll Do
- Lead by example: Launch new cases, introduce permanent caregivers to families, and model best-practice care techniques
- Provide hands-on care: Assist clients with personal hygiene, mobility, light exercise, meals, housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders
- Ensure quality & safety: Conduct home-safety assessments, perform quality-assurance visits, direct collaboration with Director of Nursing.
- Support our caregivers: skills refreshers, and competency checks to elevate team performance.
- Serve on the on-call rotation: Help cover caregiver call-outs, fill urgent shifts, and address client concerns after hours.
- Problem-solve in real time: Respond to changes in client condition, escalate issues appropriately, and keep families informed.
What You’ll Bring
- 5 year of professional caregiving experience (CHHA required)
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
- Proven ability to coach and mentor peers
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift/transfer clients as needed
- Comfort with mobile apps/Wellsky for documenting care
- Compassionate, ethical, and calm under pressure—a true professional in every scenario

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
