Job Responsibilities:
Directly dealing with clients and their families.
Be respectful of client, family, concerning privacy and confidentiality of client's needs.
Remain with patient at all time during care hours.
Performs client tasks relating to activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, mobility, meals and nutrition, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation for errands and appointments.
Reports client needs and updates directly to supervising Registered Nurse and Admin team.
Maintains complete, accurate and legible patient care documentation into integrated system.
Special Skills: Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and oral. Must have your own private vehicle to commute 10-15 miles to/from work.
