What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking exceptional caregivers who can provide high-quality, compassionate care for seniors and individuals with varying needs — including those living with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Parkinson’s Disease.
Responsibilities include:
- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Bathing support (including extensive bed bath experience)
- Safe transfers using gait belts and Hoyer lifts
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Companionship and emotional support
- Mobility support, errands, and transportation assistance
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be available to work within San Mateo County
- Willing to work with multiple clients and/or split shifts
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Completion of CA DSS Home Care Aide Registry (including DOJ/FBI background check) and MVR check
- We use E-Verify to confirm work eligibility
Compensation
- Starting pay: $20/hr – $25/hr, based on experience and client assignment
- Shift availability: 4-hour, 6-hour, 8-hour, 12-hour, weekend, and multiple-client shifts available
