Overview:
Are you a compassionate and skilled Spanish-speaking Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities?
We are seeking a dedicated RN to join our healthcare team in a flexible per diem role serving patients in the Princeton/Burlington, NJ area.
In this position, you will provide high-quality, culturally competent care across a variety of clinical settings while effectively communicating with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards
- Deliver culturally competent care to Spanish-speaking patients and families
- Perform clinical procedures as needed, including catheterizations and related care
- Support patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations across multiple specialties
- Work in diverse healthcare environments including Acute Care, Behavioral Health, ICU, and community-based settings
- Accurately document patient care using required clinical documentation standards (including ICD coding when applicable)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
Experience & Skills:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- BLS Certification preferred
- Experience in Acute Care, Behavioral Health, ICU, or similar clinical settings preferred
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Skilled in clinical procedures, including catheterization
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient care skills
Compensation & Schedule:
- Starting pay: $40/hour, with opportunities for higher rates based on assignments and clinical complexity
- Per diem / flexible scheduling (not a full-time position)
- Varied assignments across multiple healthcare settings
