WHAT HOME HELPERS REQUIRES OF YOU:
- 21 years of Age
- Clean Background
- Driver’s License & Auto Insurance
- Right to Work in the U.S. (SS Card/Visa)
- Current nursing license in North Dakota
WHAT YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Perform assessments for new and current Clients
- Create a care plan for each individual supported
- Train Caregivers on proper mechanics and medication administration
- Document Client Activity in WellSky
- Participate in investigations and meetings
- Fill weekly medication boxes
- Accept or reject referrals
- Assist with coordinating client care
- Communicate with referral partners and healthcare workers
- Other tasks as assigned by agency management
YOUR SCHEDULE
Home Helpers is a 24/7 Home Care Agency
- Your schedule is flexible
- 5-10 Hours per week
