Registered Nurse ( Part Time)

Home Helpers Home Care in Dickinson is looking for a Part-time, compassionate, and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) / Client Service Manager to join our dedicated team. This dual-role position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of client care, conducting in-home assessments, developing individualized Care Plans, and providing competency training for all of our certified and non-certified caregivers. The RN plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety, and overall satisfaction of the individuals we serve and their families.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home assessments, check-in visits, reassessments, and determine eligibility for services.
• Develop and regularly evaluate individualized Care Plans based on client-specific needs and physician orders.
• Supervise and train Caregivers; provide clinical instructions, sign off on their competency, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, families, physicians, and community resources.
• Participate in investigations when there is an incident or complaint.
• Participate in helping lead regular staff meetings with our Caregiver Coordinator in the Williston location.
• Document all services and interactions in accordance with agency, state, and federal requirements.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support between the other two managers in the office.
• Always promote safety and quality care in the home and work environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Dakota.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
• Strong physical and mental health; able to pass a pre-employment health clearance.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a national background check.

Necessary Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and transfer clients, carry supplies, and perform typical physical caregiving tasks.
• Ability to walk, kneel, stoop, reach, see, hear, and speak clearly (proficiency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is preferred).
• Manual dexterity and full range of motion in all extremities required.
• Must be physically and mentally fit to drive and work in a variety of home and office settings.
