Caregiver/CNA

OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to people we support in, in-home settings. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality care to individuals with disabilities ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to care plans and safety protocols.

We are hiring for all shifts!! Mornings, Evenings and Overnights. Full and Part-time positions available.

• Responsibilities
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Support mobility by helping patients move safely within their environment.
• Monitor and document patient health status, reporting any changes to office staff.
• Implement care plans as directed by healthcare professionals to meet the specific needs of each patient.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following hygiene protocols and infection control measures.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for residents.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Requirements:
• Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not mandatory.
• Reliability
• Familiarity with home health practices and assisted living environments is a plus.
• Ability to prepare meals that meet dietary restrictions and preferences of residents.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is essential for success in this role.
