This is a wonderful opportunity during this challenging time, as home care is an essential industry and we are taking active COVID-19 safety measures to protect our clients and employees.Physical Requirements : Able to effectively communicate with clients and co-workers in EnglishAbility to deal effectively with stressReports To : President / Administrator / CEOEssential Functions of the Position and Qualifications : A licensed RN, in good standing, issued by the NJ Board of NursingGraduate from an accredited college with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in nursing or other health-related field, with two years of professional experience as a RN in community health and / or home healthIn lieu of a BS degree, the Director of Nursing may have 3 years of professional experience as a RN in community health and / or home health, with progressive nursing responsibilitiesThe Director of Nursing qualifications shall include experience in providing nursing services in a patient’s home environment, inclusive of an assisted living facility.Availability via telephone and provide home visits, if necessary, during Agency On-Call HoursMust have reliable transportationMust have Home Care experienceTo ensure quality and safe delivery of home health care servicesTo coordinate provision of home health care services that reflect agency philosophy and standardsTo plan, develop, implement and evaluate agency services, programs and activitiesTo ensure quality and safe delivery of nursing care services, is delivered within the guidelines of the ANA Standards of Care and the policies of the agencyThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
