Home Care Aide

Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist clients with household tasks, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Engage with clients in activities and conversations to promote socialization and companionship
• Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes or concerns to the care team
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and support
