$13.00–$16.00/hour | Weekly Pay | One-on-One In-Home Care
Home Helpers of the River Region is hiring compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and DSPs to provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors throughout Prattville, Millbrook, Deatsville, and surrounding communities.

Immediate Hiring Needs
We are currently hiring caregivers with consistent availability for one or more of the following schedules:
- Weekend Availability: Saturday & Sunday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Weekday Afternoons: Monday–Thursday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Daytime Availability: Between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday–Sunday

Caregiver Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one personal care in clients' homes
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers
- Provide medication reminders
- Support seniors living with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age-related conditions
- Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred
- Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP, or similar role
- Dementia care experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation Current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
