Lead CNA

At Home Helpers, we recognize that caregiving is one of the most meaningful roles in our community. Our Lead CNA plays an essential role in training, mentoring, and supporting our caregiving team while continuing to provide exceptional care to our clients.
Schedule
- Evening Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Every other weekend on-call coverage from 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
- Occasional coverage outside scheduled hours may be required based on business needs.
Evening shift may be eligible for a shift differential!

Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate caregiver training
- Assist with training in the office and clients' homes
- Complete client intake assessments
- Introduce new caregivers to clients
- Assist with office projects, paperwork, phone support, and additional training
- Cover shifts and participate in every other weekend on-call rotation

- Ability to safely perform caregiving tasks, including assisting with mobility, repositioning, and balance support
Requirements
- Current CNA license
- Two years of caregiving experience preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable attendance
