As an ACT, you’ll provide in-home care to clients when regularly scheduled caregivers are unavailable due to call-ins or schedule changes. This role is ideal for experienced caregivers or CNAs who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
- Support with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Document care and report changes in client condition
- Respond promptly to client needs across assigned areas
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Active CNA or PCA license preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Open availability and willingness to travel to client homes as needed
- Must be available to work at least two weekends per month
