We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide for a full-time, on-site position in Clarksville, TN. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. You will provide companionship and support to help clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Additional responsibilities include monitoring clients’ health conditions, following care plans, and communicating changes in clients’ needs to the care team. This position requires genuine empathy, professionalism, and a focus on providing exceptional care.

• Proficient in providing home care and assisting with activities of daily living
• Skilled in delivering patient care and ensuring dignity and comfort
• Experienced in personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and the care team
• Caring and compassionate attitude with a focus on client well-being
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or similar certification is a plus
• Previous experience in caregiving or home health is advantageous
• CPR/First Aid certification is beneficial
