Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate, experienced, and dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical in-home care to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily activities.

Our caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while providing companionship and peace of mind to their families.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful social interaction.
• Assist with walking, mobility, and safe transfers, including the use of gait belts and Hoyer lifts when appropriate.
• Prepare meals according to clients' preferences and dietary needs.
• Provide medication reminders within the scope of non-medical home care.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, and general household tidying.
• Provide transportation and assistance with errands, grocery shopping, and appointments as needed.
• Observe and promptly report changes in clients' conditions or concerns to the office.
• Complete accurate and timely care documentation.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain professional communication with clients, families, and office staff.

What We're Looking For

• Previous professional caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, nursing homes, or similar settings.
• Dependability and reliability: Caregivers who take their commitments seriously and consistently show up for scheduled shifts.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine heart for caring for others.
• Experience assisting with personal care, mobility, and transfers.
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to follow care plans, agency policies, and client-specific instructions.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work as part of a team.
• Ability to pass required background checks and pre-employment screening.
