We have a available a part time poistion 3 days a week for our client that lives in Des Plaines. It is a three day a week client with 4 hours shifts. Companionship, housekeeping and to assist with meal. Client has mobility issues and needs to be assisted at times with walking. Current the client is using a cane.

• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation

• Personal care (bathing, toileting)
• Follow a plan of care
• Communicate professionally with families and your team

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be willing to complete all necessary requirements for employment
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Clean driving record
• Prior home care experience a plus
• Access to email and a mobile smart device
