We are seeking dependable, compassionate CarePros who are comfortable providing hands-on personal care and non-medical support to seniors in their homes. This role includes assistance with personal hygiene, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, oral care, safe mobility assistance, transfers, repositioning, skin integrity monitoring, meal support, companionship, and light household tasks.

This position is ideal for someone with caregiving experience, sound judgment, physical stamina, and a commitment to helping others live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and safe ambulation using devices such as walkers, rollators, wheelchairs, gait belts, and mechanical lifts as needed.
• Provide meal preparation, feeding support, medication reminders, and follow the care plan.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, errands, shopping, and transportation.
• Offer companionship, conversation, positive engagement, and emotional support.
• Observe and report changes in condition, behavior, or environment.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with your supervisor and care team.

• Prior caregiving experience, preferably with intermediate to advanced care tasks.
• Ability and willingness to provide the full scope of care.
• Reliability, responsiveness, and follow-through.
• Strong communication and sound judgment.
• A calm, respectful, professional presence.
• Willingness to follow policies, care plans, and training.
• Comfort working respectfully with clients of all genders.
• Comfort working in homes with pets.

Requirements

• At least one year experience providing personal care to a senior
• Must have a current Driver's License, reliable vehicle in good working order that can transport clients, and current vehicle insurance.
• Must be dependable and on time.
• Must complete background screening and required training.
• Must be responsive to communication.
• Must be able to work autonomously and communicate effectively with the office.
• Must be comfortable working with clients of all genders and in homes with pets.
