What Home Helpers Offers:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, mental, and emotional health to identify care needs.
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Actively participate in interdisciplinary care planning and collaborate with caregivers to achieve favorable client outcomes.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, progress, and any changes in condition accurately and thoroughly.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to caregivers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, families, and team members, fostering positive relationships.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- A passion for seniors and experience in home care is a plus.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and their families.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
- Compassionate, respectful, and dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients.
- Ability to pass a background screening.
- Active driver’s license and insurance.
