Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, Flexible schedule
Pay: Competitive Hourly Rates $20-$28 per hour depending on task and hours

What You Will Do
- Spend time with clients and offer kind support
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom
- Help clients walk, move, and transfer safely
- Make simple meals and help with eating
- Give medication reminders as allowed by the care plan
- Do light cleaning, laundry, and dishes
- Run errands or drive clients when the care plan calls for it
- Follow the care plan and keep clear notes
- Report changes in a client’s health, safety, or needs
- Protect each client’s privacy, choices, and home
What We Look For
- You are kind, patient, honest, and dependable
- You can follow instructions and work on your own
- You can speak, read, and write well enough to give safe care
- You can help clients move safely and do the physical tasks in the care plan
- You can pass all required background checks
- You have reliable transportation, insurance and a valid driver’s license when driving is part of the job
- Ability to work in the U.S.
- Prior Caregiving experience is helpful, but not always required
- CNA, HHA, or PCA training is a plus
Schedule and Work Area
We serve clients across Western Connecticut, towns include Newtown, Monroe, Brookfield, Easton, Fairfield, Redding, Darien, New Canaan, Rowayton, Westport, Wilton, Weston, Norwalk, North Stamford, Southbury, Sandy Hook and surrounding areas. Day, evening, overnight, weekend, part-time, and full-time shifts may be available. Hours depend on client needs and caregiver availability.
