Job Summary:

Home Helpers Home Care Of Waldorf, MD is seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem (PRN) Care Professional to join our team of dedicated caregivers. As a Per Diem Care Professional with Home Helpers, you will have the opportunity to provide in-home care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical care services, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication reminders, to clients in their homes

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring exceptional customer service and communication

• Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to identify and address clients' unique needs and goals

• Maintain accurate records of client services and report any concerns or issues to the Care Coordinator

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience (entry-level candidates welcome!)

• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, on an as-needed basis

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to serving clients and their families
