What You’ll Do
As our Scheduler, you’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations. Your primary responsibility is ensuring our clients are consistently and reliably staffed with the right caregivers.
You will:
- Create, manage, and maintain caregiver schedules for ongoing and open shifts
- Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and personality fit
- Handle call-offs, last-minute changes, and urgent staffing needs with efficiency and professionalism
- Communicate clearly with caregivers, clients, and internal team members
- Confirm shift coverage and proactively plan for future staffing needs
- Accurately document scheduling activity in our scheduling software
- Support recruiting and onboarding by coordinating schedules for new hires
- Maintain compliance with company standards and state regulations
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of scheduling experience (healthcare, home care, staffing, or similar preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent phone, text, and written communication
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and decisive in fast-paced situations
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning scheduling software
- Dependable, accountable, and solutions-oriented
- Experience in home care or healthcare scheduling is a strong plus

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
