Your Role in Enhancing Senior Lives As a Lead Caregiver, you’ll play a critical role in:
· Conducting in-home introductions and care transitions
· Providing coverage for open shifts and supporting new case start-ups
· Coaching caregivers on techniques for ADLs and dementia care
· Reinforcing care plans and documenting updates
· Supporting clients transitioning from rehab or facilities
· Coordinating with the office team to ensure consistency in care delivery
Ideal Candidates Have:
· 3–4 years of experience in senior caregiving or home health
· Strong communication, mentorship, and client service skills
· Familiarity with dementia care and mobility assistance
· Ability to work independently and adapt to short-notice assignments
· A compassionate approach and commitment to dignity in care
Required Qualifications
· Valid Driver’s License Reliable Vehicle Auto Insurance
· Ability to pass Level 2 Background Screening, Drug Test, and TB Test
· BLS/CPR Certification
· U.S. Work Authorization (E-Verify used post-offer)
· Willingness to work weekend
