About Home Helpers Home Care of Durham & Chapel Hill
Home Helpers Home Care of Durham & Chapel Hill is a locally owned, pre-licensed home care agency dedicated to helping individuals and families across the Triangle live safely and comfortably at home. We will be providing compassionate personal care and companion services that support our clients’ independence and quality of life.
Our service area includes a growing number of potential Spanish-speaking clients and families, and we are committed to ensuring that every client we serve feels heard, respected, and cared for — in the language they are most comfortable with. We are building a diverse, skilled care team, and this position reflects that commitment.
About This Role
The Bilingual Personal Care Assistant (PCA) provides hands-on personal care and support services to clients in their homes, with a particular ability to serve clients and families who communicate primarily in Spanish. Working under the guidance of our Lead CNA and Director of Clinical Services, the Bilingual PCA follows an individualized care plan for each client and serves as a culturally competent bridge between the client, their family, and the broader care team.
This is a part-time position with a flexible, variable schedule. As our client roster grows — including our Spanish-speaking clientele — hours will expand. We are genuinely committed to offering dependable team members more opportunities over time, including professional development and a path toward greater responsibility.
