Requirements:
- A Player (If you know you aren't an absolute top notch closer, please don't apply)
- Must live in the Central Valley (Ideal location is Fresno)
- Amazing Communication (if people don't LOVE talking to you and doing business with you, please don't apply)
Short description of the position:
- You will be responsible for talking with homeowners and getting their house under contract to purchase.
- You will be responsible to relentlessly follow up with leads to get them on the phone to make offers.
- You will meet with homeowners in person
- You will drive to most of our properties to take pictures
- You will network with other investors and evaluate other potential dealsThis position will be have a base salary commission with majority of total compensation coming from commission
